- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The loan rates and process for getting the loan were both great. Now, servicing the loan is a nightmare. It takes on average 20 mins just to get through to a live person to talk about the mortgage. Their web site design sucks and their internal messaging system is mediocre at best. I am not a fan of big banks, but at least those folks get on the phone to help you quick. These guys are horrible. Trying to get a routing number for a wire is a major undertaking that ended up wasting over 1 hour of my time.
