    Many years ago, I used Resort Rentals to buy two condos in St. Augustine. Big mistake. The realtor assigned to me was not on top of things, made lots of mistakes (like not getting the monthly dues correct), was lazy (wouldn't do the research needed to answer the questions I asked) and extremely unprofessional. Would never use them again.
